All FIRESQ jewellery pieces are accompanied by a conformity certificate. By presenting this certificate you are entitled, once every year, to our FREE maintenance, verification, and professional jewellery cleaning services. To make use of these services you can drop off the jewellery along with the certificate at any of our FIRESQ stores, in Bucharest, Calea Victoriei 91-93 or in Constanta, Bulevardul Tomis 80.

If there is no FIRESQ store in your vicinity and you want to make use of the above mentioned services, you can send us (supporting the insurance and expedition cost yourself) the jewellery along with its related certificate. Here are the steps you need to follow for sending us the package:

1. Call your FIRESQ consultant at (+4) 0241 693434 to get your shipping identifier, called a CRM code. Packages will be rejected and returned to sender if they do not have a correct CRM code written on them. After receiving the code, write it on the package along with the shipping destination in the following way (replacing "xxxxx" with the CRM code our consultant gave you):

Warning! We will only issue CRM codes in accordance with the details from the jewellery's warranty certificate. FIRESQ jewellery owners who have lost, misplaced or otherwise cannot present the original warranty certificate do not benefit from our post-order services.

2. Please make sure the package is carefully and correctly sealed as we cannot take responsibility for its loss or deterioration during transit. Shipping and package insurance costs will need to be fully supported by the sender.

3. After we receive the package, the product will be verified by our quality control department. We are not accountable for any damage the product may have sustained prior to its arrival.

4. After your packaged product is received in good condition, it will be verified and cleaned. The product will be sent back to you within at most 10 business days from its arrival.
